Returns and exchanges are completely free of charge.

Exchanges:

Once you send your exchange request, the exchange will be processed and take place the next working day.

Returns & Refunds:

Once you send your return request, it will be processed the next working day. Refunds are issued instantly via InstaPay. If you prefer to receive your refund in cash, it will be handed to you by the courier the next working day when he comes to pick up the returned item.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that opened products cannot be returned in order to preserve safety and quality standards.
