Orders are processed within 1 business day.

Delivery Time

• Cairo & Giza: delivered within 2–3 working days.
• All other governorates: delivered within 3–5 working days.

• Shipping FeesProcessing Time

Our current shipping fees within Egypt are:

• Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: 50 LE
• All other cities/governorates: 85 LE
• Free shipping on any order above 1000 LE to all governorates

Packaging & Safety

• All products are sealed to maintain freshness.
• We follow strict hygiene and safety measures during packing and shipping.
• Orders cannot be opened for safety and hygiene reasons.
